If you’ve got a child in Reception, Year 1, 2, 3 or Year 4 and they’re showing an interest in playing football then you’ve come to the right place!
Our ever-popular Saturday Soccer is the first stage on your child’s Canterbury Eagles journey and provides a pathway to Under 7 (Year 2), Under 8 (Year 3) and Under 9 (Year 4) organised football.
Running every Saturday (unless of very bad weather), supervised by FA/UEFA qualified coaches, the sessions provide children with a fun experience to learn about football through play. They’ll be supported in developing skills; learning to respect and encourage others; ball control and decision-making in game play scenarios.
The overriding aim of Saturday Soccer is that kids develop a love for the game! Children are supported to be safe and healthy both physically and mentally. We celebrate player development and promote emotional wellbeing through praise and encouragement within a team setting.
